The following is a list of products that can be obtained through our Sonoma Location, current as of 7/1/2006.

ROCK PRODUCTS

	3/4” Class 2 Recycle Aggregate Base This product is made from 100% recycled materials. It may contain concrete, asphalt, porcelain, brick and block. The color will vary due to percentage of the various materials. It is used in any application where Class 2 Base Rock is specified, including driveways and beneath asphalt paving.
	3/4” Drain Rock This product is used where drainage is required, such as French drains, leach lines, etc. It can also be used for driveways and for filling potholes. . 3/4 ” drain is a standard size typically used by homeowners. Because of its angular shape, this rock stays in place better than round river rock.
	1 1/2 ” Drain Rock This product is also used for drainage in French drains, leach lines, etc. The bigger rock provides more voids for water to flow, creating better drainage. This product can also be used for filling potholes if the area is muddy.
	3/4” Aggregate Sub-Base This material contains a large amount of natural fines and can be used as a non-expansive fill material. It should be topped off with another product to avoid dusty or muddy accumulation on the surface.
	3/4 ” Class 4 Aggregate Subbase An approved trench backfill for City of Santa Rosa, this product has higher sand equivalent than our standard sub-base.
	3/4” Dirty Drain This product is useful as a topcoat over rock or dirt roads and walkways. It is useful to help control mud or dust on roadways. Because of the fine materials, it is not suitable for French drains, leach lines or other applications that require drainage.
	7/16” Minus Red/Brown Pathway This product is typically used for decorative applications or landscape paths where an earth tone color is desired. The size of the rock is comfortable to walk on and the finer material helps to keep it compacted in place. This product can also be used for pipe bedding.
	Rip Rap Depending on the size, rip rap can be used for decorative landscaping, rock walls, erosion control, etc. Customer must come in to view stockpiles before delivery to specify size, color and shape required.
	6” Minus Aggregate size ranges from 1” to 6”. Product can be used to help stabilize muddy or soft areas, or for landscaping purposes such as borders.
	Delta Sand Medium fine to medium in size and grey in color, this product is good for pipe bedding. It is uniform in shape and in color. This sand meets PG&E specifications for trench backfill.

TOPSOIL PRODUCTS

	Loam This is our base product. It can be used for septic mounds, filling low spots and for baseball pitcher's mounds, since the product is compactable. Loam does not sustain plant life without additives.
	Loam Plus This product is the heaviest of our topsoil. It can be a cost effective product to use when increasing the depth of an area without excessive sinking or settling. This product is a blend of loam, sawdust, and 12-12-12 nutrient mix. It is pH-balanced at approx. 7.0.
	Planting Mix This is a good soil for raised beds and ornamentals. Its time-released fertilizer is easy on delicate plants. Planting Mix should be used in applications of 3” or less in depth. This product is a lightweight blend of sawdust, sandy loam, and 12-12-12 nutrient mix. It is pH-balanced at approx. 7.0.
	Amended Loam This product is suitable for landscape mounding, planter boxes and gardening. Lawns thrive in this material. It is a blend of sandy loam, organics and 12-12-12 nutrient mix. It is pH-balanced at approximately 7.0.
	Nursery Mix This is our premium topsoil mix, which is blended for our local nurseries. This product is a mixture of sawdust, loam, lava rock, sand, and chicken fertilizer. It is a lightweight product that encourages root growth. This product is ideal for potting mix or raised beds and is recommended for vegetable gardens that require heavy fertilizer. It is pH-balanced at approximately 7.0.
	Super Loam This product consists of our loam mixed with garden compost. No fertilizers are added.
	Infield Mix This product is a blend of clay loam and red lava, which is used on baseball diamond infields and running tracks. It is available in 50/50, 60/40, and 70/30 blends. The popular, all-purpose choice is the 50/50 blend.

TOPSOIL AMENDMENTS

	Nitro Sawdust This product is designed to be blended into the native soil. It is a cost effective way to transform your existing dirt into soil that retains moisture and is properly ph-balanced. It is also good for breaking down the soil so that it remains loose and workable. This product is a blend of sawdust, chicken fertilizer, and urea.
	Garden Compost This aged compost is ideal for increasing organic matter in soil. It is a green waste product.
	Mulch Fines 3/8” inch This green mulch can be used for top dressing to retain soil moisture and to reduce weeds. It can also be incorporated into soil to increase organic matter and nutrients.
	Unscreened Mulch 2” minus This green mulch can also be used for top dressing or incorporated into soil. It can best be used for a weed barrier if applied 4” thick or with a weed control mat.
	Raw Fir Bark This product can also be used as top dressing mulch for moisture and weed control.
